Checking in to your home away from home
Its time for your stay in one of our many exquisite properties to begin!
Our standard check-in policy indicates that check-in starts from 16:00pm of your registered arrival date, and onwards. But don’t worry! If you're arriving before 16:00pm, just reach out to us and we'll do our best to accommodate you. If your vacation rental isn't quite ready, feel free to take a stroll and explore the area – we've got plenty of suggestions in this guide!

In case that the owner is not able to welcome you in person, we’ve got you covered with key pickup instructions that you'll receive from Oreo Travel's Reservations Department. The owner or a representative will be there first thing in the morning to give you a warm welcome and a tour of the property.

Time to depart and say goodbye – for now
When it is time for you to check-out, our standard policy is that you can freely depart until 11:00am of your check-out date (unless otherwise indicated for the accommodation you have reserved). But don’t rush! If you need a little extra time, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Just make sure to follow these simple steps before you leave:

  • Fully close all doors and windows
  • Turn off all devices in the property properly (A/C units, TV, electrical water heater etc.)
  • Pack all your belongings (and double check)
  • Leave the key on the same place as you collected it.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us! Safe travels and we can't wait to see you again soon.

  • Pool maintenance
  • Pool towels provided
  • Garden maintenance
  • Minor Cleaning every 4 days
  • Linen and towel change every 4 days
  • Free high chair

While free regular cleaning services and towel/ bed linen changes are provided, we expect our guests to respect and care for the house just as we respect and care for them. Carefully read the bellow list, so that your stay with us can be seamless and trouble-free!

  • Help us reduce environmental impact during your stay. Try to reduce energy and water waste. Turn off electrical appliances completely when not using them (for example, don’t leave the A/C running when you are not in the house), and don’t let the tap water run. Also, for safety reasons, fully close and lock all doors and windows while you are not in the house.
  • All houses in our portfolio are for the exclusive use of the clients that rent them, for the entirety of the rental period, and are not to be sub-let under any circumstances.
  • When making a reservation, our guests agree that upon departing, they will leave the property in a reasonable condition of cleanliness and in the same condition of repair as upon arrival. If any excess expenses are incurred due to any type of property mishandling (for example excessive cleaning, loss of property items, damage to the property, debts, or charges), these expenses will be itemized and charged to the guests, and are expected to be paid-off before departure.
  • We expect our guests to act in a responsible manner at all times, and to act with respect towards other guests, neighbors, the owner, and all staff members. Oreo Travel reserves the absolute right to require any individual to vacate a property for disruptive behavior, in which case there would be no refund of any rental payment.
  • On the day of the departure, you are kindly requested to leave the villa at the indicated time so that it can be cleaned and prepared for other guests however, if you are in need of a late departure, ask us! If the house availability allows for a small time extension we can help you out!
  • Our organization is not responsible for loss or damage to the guests because of circumstances beyond our control, such as failures of public supplies or transportation, acts by governments, civil disturbances etc. In the unlikely event of any observations or complaints, please discuss these directly with us, on time, during your stay.

We always like to hear how much our guests like to unwind and relax by the pool in one of our properties. To enjoy your pool-time worry-free, we have a list of safety rules set, to ensure no injury is incurred.

  • No night swimming
  • No unattended kids
  • No glassware
  • No pets
  • No running
  • No diving
  • No alcohol
  • No food
  • Don’t swim alone

Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty and that the pool area is slippery when wet.

Years of experience in the hospitality industry have helped us create a network of trusted partners, to ensure you make the most of your time on your vacation. Upon request, we can direct you to any of the following:

  • Car & bicycle rental
  • Babysitting
  • Doctor on call
  • Photographer
  • Daily excursions
  • Cook (professional chef) in the villa
  • Diving
  • Transfer from and to the airport or the port

As always, if you are looking for something more specific, ask away! A company representative will do their best to assist you.

Many of the houses you can see in our portfolio are located in villages or in some cases, inside town neighborhoods. As such, we expect all our guests to respect the Mandatory Quiet Hours set by the Greek Government which are:

    • From April 1st, until September 30th // 15:00pm until 17:00pm & 23:00pm until 07:00am
    • From October 1st, until March 31st // 15:30pm until 17:30pm & 23:00 until 07:30am
